Refund Policy and Declaration

MediFlow – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription payments and dynamic UPI transactions processed through Razorpay, PhonePe Business APIs, or any other payment partner integrated into MediFlow.

2. Subscription Payments

Subscription charges are non-refundable, except in cases of payment failure or transaction error.

3. Payment Failure Refunds

3.1 Payment Failed but Amount Debited

  • Amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay/PhonePe.
  • Refund timelines:
    • PhonePe UPI: 1 hour – 3 days
    • Razorpay: 5–7 business days

3.2 Duplicate Payments

  • Only one subscription will remain active.
  • Duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

3.3 Subscription Not Activated

If a payment succeeds but subscription doesn't activate:

  • Provide Transaction ID / UTR.
  • We will activate the plan or process a refund.

4. Dynamic UPI Billing (PhonePe Business API)

  • MediFlow only generates dynamic UPI QR codes.
  • Refunds for failed UPI transactions are handled by PhonePe & the user's bank.
  • MediFlow has no control over UPI refund timelines.

5. Subscription Upgrade, Downgrade & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Moving from Paid Plan → Free Plan

  • Paid plan expires immediately upon downgrade.
  • Remaining days are not refundable.
  • To use paid features again, a new subscription must be purchased.

5.2 Upgrading Subscription (Prime → Pro)

  • Upgrade applies immediately.
  • Remaining days of old plan are converted into monetary credit.
  • User pays only the remaining amount after adjustment.
  • ₹14 convenience fee applies to every upgrade.

5.3 Downgrading Subscription (Pro → Prime)

  • User must complete at least 15 days on the current higher plan.
  • Downgrade will process after cost adjustment (days used + pricing difference).
  • ₹14 convenience fee applies to every downgrade.

5.4 Cancellation of Subscription

  • Cancelling stops future renewals (if applicable).
  • Previous payments are not refunded.
  • No partial refunds for cancellation.

6. No Refund Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after buying subscription
  • Incorrect data entry during payment
  • Expired plans
  • App downtime caused by third-party services
  • Account suspension due to policy violations

7. Processing of Refunds

Refunds are handled by:

  • PhonePe Business API
  • Razorpay

Refund timelines:

MediFlow cannot accelerate refunds controlled by banks or NPCI.

9. Final Authority

Fealty Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to approve or reject refund claims, modify policies, and request further verification.
